What Is Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a quick and effective tool to access the subconscious mind to unlock specific beliefs, blocks, fears, anxiety, and behaviors.
Hypnotherapy is a form of deep relaxation where your brain waves are relaxed into an Alpha state.
It can be used for a wide range of issues and is very effective with both adults and children.
You would never do or say anything in hypnosis that you would not normally do or say. You are aware of the session and we may even have a conversation during hypnosis.
We naturally go into hypnosis several times throughout the day. When we are driving in a car and “zone out” and don’t even remember driving to the destination- that’s hypnosis! That’s exactly how you will feel during a session.
Hypnosis can help with: bed wetting, fears, phobias, smoking, pain, eating issues, depression, anxiety and many more issues!
Usually 1 session is all that is needed!
Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT)
In addition to hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is also offered. This is a much deeper form of hypnosis which combines hypnotherapy with NLP (neuro-linguistics programming), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and other forms of psychology.
RTT sessions are 1 1/2-2 hours long. During the session, we will regress the subconscious to specific scenes, events and times that have to do with the specific issue. Once you are able to get to the exact root cause of the issue, we will create new and upgraded beliefs. Many times our beliefs are imprinted since early childhood, and they hold us back as adults in the form of self sabotage, procrastination, self doubt, imposter syndrome, depression and anxiety.
After each session, you will listen to a 15-20 minute recording of the transformation part of our session for 21 days. It takes about 21 days to create new beliefs, habits and patterns of behavior.
