We are highly qualified licensed clinical therapists who work with children, teens and adults. We specialize in anxiety, trauma, oppositional defiant disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, emotional/behavioral issues, depression, LGBT, grief and school issues.
We also provide weekly Social Skills groups for youth ages 7-21 who have ASD, ADHD.
Hypnotherapy
In addition to having over 20 years working as a clinical psychotherapist, I am trained in Advanced Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy™ and HeartHealing™ which allows me to use all my expert skills to help you to uncover, recondition and rewire in new and updated beliefs for rapid success.
Sandplay Therapy
SandPlay Therapy is a deep form of therapy which uses a sandbox and a large collection of miniatures to create a "world" in the sand. This enables exploration into the deeper layers of the psyche- the collective unconscious. By constructing a series of "sand pictures," you engage in self-discovery, identify conflicts, and find solutions to start your healing process.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro to help people heal from trauma. It enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. With EMDR, clients can experience the benefits of psychotherapy that once took years to make a difference through eye movement and reprocessing the issues and events.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback uses real-time displays of brain activity, like an electroencephalography (EEG), to teach self-regulation of brain function. Sensors are placed on the scalp and ears to measure brain wave activity, as the client uses their brain waves to make a video game function to re-wire that part of the brain that is over-active, or under-active.
